Kirkbymoorside, with its 750 year-old market, is a town that has managed to adopt the best and survive the worst, of modern development.  With care from its current inhabitants, it could remain a beacon of human-scale living whatever the future may bring.

The Kirkbymoorside Business Partnership were founded in 2009 with the aim of promoting business in Kirkbymoorside.  We believe it is very important that Market Towns like Kirkbymoorside retain their shops and businesses.  The shops in Kirkbymoorside offer a wide range of goods, and there is a full range of trades and services available to meet your every need.  By promoting the town as a whole rather than individual shops and businesses, the full richness of variety of the goods and services on offer can be seen.  Kirkbymoorside is really worth a visit.

To date the partnership has successfully organised Late Night Openings and Christmas events for the last two years, music events and markets.
